• 1.001–2 kg: RM 23.00
• 2.001–3 kg: RM 35.00
• 3.001–4 kg: RM 43.00
• 4.001–5 kg: RM 53.00

SINGAPORE FREE SHIPPING ABOVE RM500

• 0–2.0 kg: MYR 25.00
• 2.001– 3.0 kg: MYR 30.00 
• 3.001– 4.0 kg: MYR 35.00 
• 4.001– 5.0 kg: MYR 45.00 
• 5.001– 6.0 kg: MYR 55.00 
• 6.001 and above : MYR 70.00

Once your order is in, we kick off processing within the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• West Malaysia: Anticipate your order within 2-4 working days.

• East Malaysia: Your order should arrive within 5-8 working days.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please ensure that the receiver’s mobile number and address are accurate as the driver might need to contact the receiver to hand over the item and to have assistance locating your address. In such a case that the receiver is not reachable, we will not be responsible for any delay caused. 

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Underwhere Apparel Shop shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following:
1. Default of delivery partners' delivery process.
2. Theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind, and 
3. Any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Underwhere’s reasonable control.
