Step 1 - Measure Your Bust

Use the formula (Overbust - Underbust = Difference) to find your cup size.

The overbust size is the loose circumference measured around the chest over the fullest part, while standing straight with arms to the side and wearing a properly fitted bra.

The underbust size is the firm circumference, fitted but not tightly, measured directly underneath the bust.

Step 2 - Calculate Your Measurements

Subtract the difference of this 2 numbers to get your cup size.

Underbust is also the correct measurement to find your band size.

Example: 70cm/32inches

Step 2 - Choose Your Size

Size S/M: This size is designed for hips measuring between 60-96 cm. It features a hipster waist with a height of 23.5 cm.

Size L/XL: This size is suitable for hips measuring between 72-120 cm. It offers a high waist with a height of 27.0 cm.

Position the Cover: Align the center of the cover with your nipple. For precise placement, start from the bottom and smooth upwards.
Press Firmly: Press down on the cover firmly to secure it in place, smoothing out any wrinkles for a seamless look.
