Underwhere Online Store Return Policy

Eligible items purchased from the Underwhere online store can be returned within 30 days of shipping, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items such as underwear, nipple covers, socks, gift cards or items marked as "sale."

  • A final inspection will be conducted to ensure the item(s) meet our return requirements before store credit is issued.

  • Returns that do not comply with this policy will be rejected.

Gift with Purchase (GWP)

If your order included a free GWP, please note that the retail price of the GWP will be deducted from your store credit unless the GWP is also returned in its original condition.

Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit (no cash refunds), which will be notified to you via email.

  • Store credit can be used for purchases on underwhere.shop

Return Process

If you need to return an item, please contact us at underwhereofficial@gmail.com to begin the process.

Returns must be sent to:
36A, Jalan Eko Botani 3/6, Taman Eko Botani, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

For Malaysia Orders:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. 

  • Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For Singapore Orders:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  • First Return: Complimentary.

  • Second Return and beyond: A restocking fee of S$6.99 will apply.

For International Orders:

  • Item(s) can be returned via post/courier to our Malaysia fulfillment center at your own expense.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  • Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

In-Store Purchases

All items purchased directly from Underwhere physical shop are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
